First off, let me just say I hate abbreviations! They drive me nuts to the point that I’m now obsessed with making fun of them and letting everyone know how much I hate them. This one however, I’ve taken a strong liking to. Y.O.L.O:You Only Live Once.
A dreamers motto. An encouragement to do the things we’ve always wanted to do. A testament to the fact that change (wether it be in our lives, our community, our nation) is possible. A commitment to being ourselves because we were wonderfully made even in our mess we’ve created.
I won’t use Y.O.L.O as an excuse for the stupid things I do. I will use it to touch as many lives as I possibly can. You Only Live Once, so why not make it the best life you can.

My “magick room” is the beach. White sand, clear water transforming to a beautiful hue of blue as it approches the horizon. The warmth of the beaming yellow sun on my skin. The air with a perfect aromatic mix of salt water and sunscreen. A gentle breeze engulfing my being. Waves crashing, boats passing, birds chirping, people laughing. That’s my magickal room.
